Hexion’s VeoVa™ vinyl esters are widely used as modifying monomers in the preparation of vinyl acetate and acrylic polymer latices, which are used in the manufacture of high quality emulsion paints. Based on their unique properties, Vinyl acetate/VeoVa vinyl esters/Acrylic paints are especially suited for special purpose applications such as intumescent paints for steel structures.
